Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment. It is best to avoid a large meal beforehand, and to allow time to rest and hydrate afterwards. The treatment takes place on a soft traditional Japanese futon and you remain fully clothed throughout. A session lasts about 45 minutes.

In the case of illness, appointments can be rescheduled.
